Measure small surface areas at a greater distance with this ETI RayTemp 38 Infrared Thermometer .
The highest-spec model available in ETI’s RayTemp series, the ETI RayTemp 38 Infrared Thermometer includes extremely high distance-to-target ratio of 50:1, allowing you to stand further away while measuring. For best results, stand around 50 inches away for a measurement spot of 1 inch. Readings are quick and easy – just stand where you need to stand, use the RayTemp 38’s dual lasers to target the right area and pull the trigger to capture the temperature.
ETI’s RayTemp 38 can be used to measure non-contact surface temperatures from -59.9 to 999.9°C with resolution of 0.1°C/°F and accuracy of ±2% of reading. It’s also possible to attach a wide range of optional type K thermocouple probes (sold separately) to the meter to test everything from liquid to surface temperatures, all with the same instrument!
For added precision, the RayTemp 38 includes the ability to adjust its emissivity level. This is designed to ensure you get an accurate result on different surface types and thanks to full coverage from 0.1 to 1.0 in increments of 0.01, the RayTemp 38 can be used in practically any application.
This digital infrared thermometer includes a wide variety of extra features including a backlit LCD screen, the ability to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit measurement modes and a MAX/MIN mode which will calculate and display the maximum and minimum temperature values taken over a period of time.
