    Description

    Fluke 715 Volt/mA Calibrator

The Fluke 715 Volt/mA Calibrator is a calibrator that offers top-of-the-range performance and reliability, as well as being highly durable and portable. The unit is offered as part of the highly regarded Fluke 80 series of digital multimeters and offers a simple, intuitive push-button operation that make it amongst the simplest in its class to use.

The Fluke 715 comes with a huge variety of different features, each enabling the skilled technician to perform a wide variety of different tasks. The device is able to measure loop current signals of between 0-20 MA and 4-20 mA  to an accuracy of 0.015% and 1 mA resolution. In addition, the calibrator can measure the voltage output process signals that are given out by transmitters or other PLC’s.

The device can also simulate or source a 24 mA loop current and source voltage in ranges from 100 mV to 10 Volts. The device can also provide a 24V loop supply with current measurements taken at the same time, while it also comes with a 250 ohm HART resistor, complete with loop power and is also compatible with the toolpack magnetic system.

The design of the Fluke 715 has also been given due consideration. The protective holster has enough storage space for test leads and is able to tolerate electromagnetic interference. In addition, the protector affords the Fluke 715 protection from dust and water splashes and offers easy access to a removable battery compartment, enabling the battery to be changed quickly and easily.

The Fluke 715 comes with the calibrator as well as the protective yellow holster, instructions in 14 different languages, a single 9v alkaline battery, test leads, alligator clips and a NIST traceable calibration report, all of which is covered by a comprehensive three-year warranty.
