We pride ourselves on our FAST turnaround - most calibrations are back with the customer in 3-4 working days. All equipment is mains tested upon arrival & instruments are cleaned prior to despatch. if leads are supplied we will check these out and report on any defects.

Using a fully integrated software system we are able to calibrate your instruments efficiently and at the same log its process through our laboratory, from the moment it arrives to the time it is dispatched. Calibration, procedures, repair, job and customer details are all stored on our database. Your instrument history is available to you at any time.
In addition to certificates, we also issue a service log which details the history of the instrument. Each time the instrument is returned this is updated. The service log gives the Q.A. manager all the information needed on one sheet including certificate numbers, repair details, dates and even a picture of the instrument for identification purposes. All this information gathered together on one record eases the operation of Quality Assurance systems such as ISO 9000.
